Point Fortin Borough Races (15K RUN & 7.5K WALK) starts at 6:30 am THIS SUNDAY - KTO OIL SAND QUARRY.

EARLY REGISTRATION CLOSES @ 4:00 pm TODAY but you can register on race day from 5:00 am. Registration costs $60 RUN, $30 WALK, $100 for 5+ persons WALK Only.

Medals for ALL finishers.
Prizes for Top Point Fortin Residents, PFBC & Atlantic Employees. Team prizes for Top Schools and Walking Teams.

SHUTTLE service from the FINISH (Point Fortin Market) to the START from 5:00 am - Parking available at the finish a few metres away by the Bryce Rd. Traffic light. Personal Items can be tagged at the START and delivered to the FINISH (at your own risk)

Massage Tent at the FINISH. Bouncy Castle & Face Painting for the kids. Lots of entertainment and giveaways for the entire family from 8 am at the Point Fortin Market Square!

We would like your feedback: We are hoping to provide limited Free Round-Trip (both ways) Transportation from POS to Point Fortin to athletes who have registered at any one of the advertised outlets.

There will be pickup/drop off points at POS, Mt Hope, Chagaunas, San F'do

The cutoff date to submit your information is April 17, 2015. So here's what you need to do ASAP -)

We will confirm arrangements via email or text.

Transportation is not guaranteed. We are looking for feedback to determine feasibility.

There will however be a separate shuttle service that will take you from the FINISH (MARKET SQUARE) to the START on the morning of the race from 5:00 AM. You can park in the car park next to the Catholic Church (by the Reid Road traffic light)

There will also be a service at the START, to keep your personal items. These items will be tagged with your RACE NUMBER. The tagged items can then be collected after the race at the FINISH.

Point Fortin Borough Race 2014 Edition

The Point Fortin Borough Race is on Sunday April 27, 2014. There will be two races, 15K and 7.5K Fun Walk/Run. Both races start at KTO oil Sand Quarry and finish at the Market Square.

Here's a Directional map of the 15K Run. It takes the runners through Egypt Village, New Village, Warden Rd., then back to the Point Fortin main road via Adventure Rd and onto the FINISH at Market Square

The Fun Walk/Run stays on the southern main road, straight into Point Fortin main road to the FINISH at Market Square.
